Well giving you an update on my life: less than a month until I go on my mission, still need to get a lot of things done in the crazy month of may, nervous but excited to be on my mission (doesn't seem real because I've been waiting for so long), not doing as well on my goals as I wish I could be doing, trying to have more empathy for others, and coping with things not going exactly how I planned.
So to make it short and sweet: The the Lord is testing me as usual, but I have faith that it will all work out.
However, yesterday at work we had a lot of free time so I was doing some familysearch (where you look for your ancestors and add them to your family tree so we can do their temple covenants in the temple..aka best thing ever!) and they just changed the website so you can search records that we have been working on through indexing (look at handwritten records and record them on the computer). So....it makes it way more efficient and easier to find ancestors! I showed my co-workers and we were all doing it for a couple hours and helping each other. I found parents of one of my ancestors and connected to them were like 2 other generations of families!!! Sorry, probably sounds nerdy and dumb, but it really is the most addicting and fun thing!
So on a lighter note, I have been talking to people about what shoes I should get and a lot of people are saying Dansko because they have a lot of support. So I looked them up and well...I don't know, what do you think?
