Crazy Times!!

You would think I would come home, and it would be easy to do whatever whenever. But no!! It is go, go, go! From soccer, softball, graduations, and choir concerts! I am so glad though, because I get to spend time with all my siblings one on one, and see all of their stuff before I go. I also have had some time to spend some fun times with the friends--too fun probably. I am sad to leave these great people who have made my life so full, but excited to find some more AWESOME people.

Family Fun!

Hello!!!

Well, I am back home with the family and it has been great!! I get to spend my last month before my mission with the people I love the very most. Right now as I'm writing this, Ella and Scotty are putting lotion on me and doing my hair in the most beautiful fashion ;). It really can't get better than a Sunday afternoon when my  room is clean and I'm spending time with my family. I'm going to miss the relaxation of being a normal person, but missionary work is going to be the BEST!! I can't wait.

I am afraid that being a missionary is going to be way harder than I thought and I won't be able to handle it, but then I remember that God has called me to be his missionary and he will strengthen me to perform what he needs me to do.

Today we had Stake Conference in the American Fork Tabernacle. It's a really cool building if you've never seen or been in it. It makes me feel like I am living in Joseph Smith's time. My favorite part is that there are windows everywhere, and the really high ones are opened which lets the wind in. So the whole time the white curtains are fluttering and it makes me think of the Holy Ghost. I love the Spirit, I have been studying about it in Preach My Gospel, and I've realized that I am most able to work with the spirit when I am completely humbled and totally relying on the Lord. Those times are when I have been beared up by angels and I have witnessed miracles. I know that the church is true and that Joseph Smith saw God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ.

"Honestly acknowledge your questions and your concerns, but first and forever fan the flame of your faith, because all things are possible to them that believe."- Elder Holland

I know this is true in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
